What Causes Tingling Sensation On Tip Of Penis?

For the past 2 days I have had a slight tingling sensation on the the tip of my penis. I haven t had sex in a little over a year so I m pretty sure it s not an STD. It comes and goes and I can urinate fine with no pain and no discharge otherwise. Any help would be great, thanks.
