What Causes Tiny Lumps On The Inner Labia?

I went to the gyno yesterday because i discovered tiny bumps on my inner labia. Some are on the bottom of the opening. They are flesh colored and some are white and all alone. She said they are definitely not herpes and I asked if they were warts. She examined me on the Inside as well and took a swab. She looked under a microscope and came back telling me there's nothing to worry about that its just yeadt and bacteria. She gave me a script for the yeast infection and metronidazol for the bacteria. She said I'm irritated from too much sex. I'm just worried because no test was done. Could I have warts?
