What Causes Tiny White Lesion On Inner Side Of Lower Lip?

I have a tiny white lesion on the inner side of the lower lip, it is painless but it has been there for over a week now and yesterday i woke up to find a dark brown spot of a liquid above this .. can someone please tell me what it is and what i should do to see it gone ?
