What Causes Tiredness And Vomiting With Pain Lower Down?

I have had some investigations of recurrent miscarriages which included Thrombophilia screen which came back negative, with negative lupus. Me and my partner have also had karyotyping which both came back normal. On the 16th November i had a HSG which showed normal fill and spill on the left tube and the right salpingectomy due to an eptopic pregnancy. Then on the 26th nov i started to have brown discharged then started bleeding on the 3rd dec yet it has not stopped which is making me feel really tiered and vomiting, with sharp pain lower down just wondering what this could be?
