What Causes Twitching In Right Side Of Uterus?

Hello I am 26 yrs old and the mother of 3 children. For the past few days I have been have quite a bit of twitching in the right side of my uterus. I don't believe to be pregnant since I have not missed any of my periods, what could be causing this movement?
