What Causes Twitching In The Arm And Numbness In The Finger?

My right elbow has been randomly twitching for 3 days now and my pinky dinger tips and possible my ring finger goes a little numb at sporadic times starting yesterday. Also I woke up in the middle of the night last night to my arm twitching. I am an 18 year old healthy, athlete. 5' 8" normal weight
