What Causes Two Periods In The Last Month And No Periods This Month?

hi! i try to run a test on a pregnancy test yesterday and it is positive. but i had a miscarriage last march 2014 and i got a menstruation last april and it was twice but again, this month i didnt have my menstruation so i took a pregnancy test since i am not feeling well! with this,i do not know if i didn t get my miscarriage or i got pregnant again after having miscarriage?please help me what to do...
