What Causes Uncomfortable Feeling After Taking Dubagest?

Hi my wife tried this dubagest 200 twice a day for 12 days, but 3-4 days she started feeling uncomfortable daily after having tablet. When the course of 12 days got over, she got normal. Does this mean that dubagest 200 is having some side efffects?
