What Causes Urine Odor With A Delayed Period?
my urine has smelt bad for about 4 days, but my vagina doesn t smell. Intercourse has been painful for about 2 weeks, I can only tolerate my husbands penis inside me for about 10 seconds. about a month ago I had a small yellow bump on my clitoris, I poped it after 3 weeks of it existing , it healed fine. I should have been on my period by now, I m 12 days late but im not pregnant. what could be going on with me

Painful intercourse also as dyspareunia is a consistent finding with infection or inflammation of the urogenital tract.
Looking at your description I would advise you to consult a gynaecologist for a battery if tests like colposcopic examination/ per vaginal examination for injury, ulcer or inflammation along with blood and urine test or an ultrasound if pelvis if need be.
Delay in period might be related to hormonal disturbances or inflammation of the urogenital tract.
history of yellow bump in past could be associated with sexually transmitted infection, so it warrnats detailed evaluation to establish a diagnosis and further course of action.
Meanwhile maintain good hygiene, have plenty of fluids to maintain good urine output, hot water bath or fomentation wi definitely help you.
