What Causes Vagina To Be Hanging Out And Pain?

I just recently started having sex on a regular bases again. Saturday I had pain during sex so much that we had to stop. Every since then part of my vagina has been hanging out. It is like to little nubs hanging out. It looks like it does when I'm having sex, aroused. It's not the lips but actually the inside of my vagina. There is also pain when I wipe after going to the bathroom and the space between my vagina and my asshole are also very sensitive.
