What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse When On Birth Control?

I am bleeding almost everyday. I went to the docotr and she prescribe birth control to control the bleeding. As I am taking the birth control pills i continue to bleed like spotting. When I have sexual intercourse i tend to bleed like a period. I was diagnose with HPV.
