What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Frequent Urination?

I am a 32 year old female, who just last week noticed bright blood in on my tissue after going to the bathroom. I began a riggorous regimine of cranberry juice and extract capsules, and with in the day the bleeding had stopped, as well as the feeling of always needing to go. Please note that I do NOT drink enough water on a daily basis, and continue to attempt to maintain a good hydration level. However last night, once again the little bloody spots started to appear. I do not have any pain or a fever, nor do I feel I need to urinate every 5 minutes like last week. Should I be concerned?
