What Causes Vaginal Burning During And After Intercourse?

I just completed 5 days of clomid, however was placed on 25 rather than 50. From start to finish of intercourse, I was experiencing burning inside the vaginal walls. Afterwards, I felt the burning on both the interior and exterior. Side note, I also have to take Amoxicillin 2 pills, 2x day for Lyme...so my thoughts are possible yeast. However, thoughts on if Clomid does increase dryness, or could this be (possibly) strictly related to the Amoxicillin?
