What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Bumps On The Tongue?

I have herpes and i recently started taking 250mgs of famvir daily as well as a birth control pill and apdipex. I started the famvir and adaipex a day apart from each other. Abt 2 days later i experienced some bumps on my tongue (that evenutally went away) but i also started having reddish purple ish vaginal discharge. Its not bloody just red discharge. I havent been eating much either due to adaipex. Is the vaginal bleeding just a combination of everything or why is this happening?
