Hello. I am wanting to grab a second opinion if possible. I have been having multiple, multiple symptoms that have progressed daily over the past few months. Examples: sudden irregular menstrual bleeding or lack of, nausea, debilitating fatigue, pelvic cramping, lower back pain, shooting pain in right leg, chest discomfort, nipple discharge. I had a transvaginal back in june which found a 1 inch simple cyst on my right ovary. I was prescribed birth control and told to come back for a follow up in August. In that time my symptoms got worse and I also developed some bloating after I eat, feeling full very quickly after even being "starving", lots of clotting with one of my periods, brown vaginal discharge, and periodic low grade fevers up to 99.8 degrees (I typically run 98.3). My follow up ultrasound found that the cyst got about a centimeter larger from the previous US, and they found some fluid in my endometrium. They previously did thyroid work which came back negative but are choosing to repeat the test this go around. They are also checking my proactin levels and going to check my white blood cell count for possible early appendicitis. Is there any concern about having fluid in my endometrium that wasn't previously there. I did just end my period two days before my US if that may have any effect on that. I am very concerned about the possibility of Uterine cancer since it runs in my family. Any other opinions on what may be causing all of these problems. I know my body and sincerly feel something is very wrong.
