What Causes Vaginal Infection With Foul Smelling Odor?

Hi Dr. I have had ME/CFS for 25 years after an EBV chronic infection and had 12 infections (herpes simplex 1, throat, bladder, vaginal etc.) during a recent 9 month relapse. Two episodes recently of what I think is giardia because of symptoms, especially rotten egg burps which I've never had before. Now I have a vaginal infection with foul smelling odor,
and I wonder if this could also be giardia? I'm thinking that if it is possible, it would be much easier to diagnose than with stool samples. Is there such a thing as a systemic giardia infection?
