What Causes Vulva Itching Outside The Lips Of The Vagina?

Hello, i have a lot of vulva itching on the out side and inside of my vagina lips with lots of discharge what could it be? I have been using tea tree oil on the out side of my vagina area and all around the lips of my vulva area which seem to stop the itching for a couple of hours. About 2 week ago I was taking and antibiotic for and infected tooth that I had and I notice that s when all of the itching and discharge started. It s kind of and on and off thing. I had my period back last week and all of the vulva itching that i was having stopped but when my period went off a couple days latter the discharge and itching came back. I have tried over the counter cream for the itching but it did not help at all. The only thing that seems to give me a little re leaf from the itching is the tee tree oil. When the discharge is just setting there on my skin it seems to make my itch worse so i try to keep that area dry as much as possible when i feel the discharge down there. What should i do about this problem?
