What Causes White Discharge And Bleeding During Urination?

Hi thank you for your kind help and precious time. I am 42 year old female



For the past two days i am having back ache, stomach ache, white sponge like discharge and a bit of blood during urination. I am also going through heavy menstrual discharge which is fortunately arrested for the past two days. I am wondering whether what i am having is UTI and or due to menstrual harmonal imbalance or kidney infection or STD???
