What Causes White Discharge From Breast?

Hi Doc,
I am a 29year old woman and dont have any children. i have been on the pill for two years now and am NOT pregnant but after i noticed some soreness of my breats i squeezed them and a white fluid (milk) came out.

i have done some internet research adn it says its caused by an excess of prolactin. please help!
