What Causes White Dot On Penis?

Hi there I have on my penis a few raised white dots the biggest not more than 3mm ish. Having quick look they look a bit like fordyce but are not completely free of irritation. They are visible when I pull back the foreskin.They appeared after what felt like thrush symptoms (I had been on antibiotics) so no big shock, the discomfort largely disappeared but now I have these marks which cause I would say very slight irritation, more that I don t feel 100%I had sex with a girl before the initial thrush symptoms which the sex bought on, she too was effected but after canastan she was and is fine Any ideas please
