What Causes White Fluid Discharge From Vagina?

There is a white clear liquid coming out of my vagina. I am sexual active, but I use condoms all the time. I've had in the past really heavy periods, I went to the hospital and found out that I've been clotting after I got that fixed up my periods were unusually light. Now this one is just white. Is it possible that I'm pregnant or is the white fluid correcting how my period is supposed to be?
