What Causes Wrinkles And Black Circles Around The Eyes?

hi..i am 27 , female, i have dry skin, very very dark circles , it started when i was young only , wrinkles around my eyes, and my eyelid edges are very dark and dry with lines, my eyelashes fall a lot and i need to constantly rub my eyes as it irritates and something or the other keeps going inside my eyes.my finger nails cutucles starts peeling off in rainy season and its painful..and i feel tired very easily and feel very sleepy all the time. i also have a very dull complexion as if i am not welll all the time. please guide me and help me
