What Causes Yellow Colored Skin Rash On The Stomach?

Yesterday i found 5 spots going up the side of my stomache (Left side) , They at first eppeared to be bites but later got heads on them , Today i thought they wre drying out but over the last 2 days i have developed 11 , they dont itch and are located around my torso - in between my breast and lower hip . i am suppposed to be going to florida in 5 days ,could this be serious ?! - the spots look generall like spots ! they develop yellow heads and then pop . x my dad had currently got a problem with spots,
