What Causes Yellow Discharge After Embryo Transfer?

my wife had her embryo transfer on 18 Nov and is currently on progynova, utro, progesterone injections and crinone. She initially had yellow discharge and was prescribed augmentin for five days. After she finished the antibiotics, she had no more yellow discharge. But this afternoon, the discharge came back. What could be the reason?
