What Causes Yellowish Discharge After Cystectomy?

I have recently had a cystectomy removing a 5cm cyst from my right ovary. Three weeks out I had severe pain to which I was told it was distention of the ovary and would be ok. I later found yellowish discharge. No particular odour. There is also cramping, slight fever and itching. can you advise what it may be
