What Could A Jelly-like Vaginal Discharge After Intercourse Indicate?

Ok I had sex about 3 weeks ago and I think I had spotting instead of my period because there was no blood only brown stuff but not enough for a pad. Yesterday me and my partner had sex and today I had a big blob of gloopy jelly come out of my vagina. My period if that's what it was would have stoped 2 weeks ago so is this because I am ovulating or could I be pregnant. I took a test on the last day of my spotting/period but it was negative
