What Could Be Cause Of Early Period? Could I Be Pregnant?

Heello i just have a questions? My LMP was June 20th and today Tuesday, July 16th i just got my period, its too soon about 5 days early why is that? Also not sure if i might be pregnant since i have been trying for over two months already and i took a home pregnaancy test which came back negative.
