What Could Be Done If Periods Is Not Stopped In 54 Years?

Hi , my mother is 54 years old and sh has Menstruation problem. It is not stopped. We have consulting so many doctors ,some of them are saying to remove Uterine. But she has a tyroid and breathing problem. Also have BP & sugar but not to worry because it is slighly above normal. She has started taking medicine for that too. We are located in Tamilnadu,India. Could you please help us do we have to remove Uterine or it will stopped. Every month she is facing this problem. During that period time more amount is being out and getting tired. Please help us.
