What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain In My Joints And Diabetes?

I got done my Herceptin treatment August 30.I started taking femara in Jan.2013 and I am already losing hair,is there a vitamin I can take for this.I just got my hair back.I already get pains in my joints and now have diabetes.Does it cause diabetes or the chemo caused it.
