What Could Be The Red Blotches On My Hands, Arms And Ankles?

Hi, I have red blotches on my hands, arms and ankles. I was vomiting, had a fever and a headache yesterday and today the vomiting stopped but the headache persisted (a throbbing kind of headache) and then I noticed the rash type thing. I was at a safari on Wednesday and was wondering if this could be a tick bite caused infection such as rocky mountain spotted fever? Please answer, thank you.
