What Could Be The Red Bump Above My Collarbone?

I have an unusual red bump, not a blemish, about 3 inches above my collarbone, on my neck. It appeared at the same time as I discovered what looks to be a canker sore under my tongue. No idea what the neck bump could be, other than a reaction to recent stress.
