What Could Be The Remedy For The Knee Pain When Bent, Hard To Straighten And The Leg Tremors?

I have severe to moderate pain when my knee is bent for even a short period of time and then it is hard to straighten. My leg tremors (shakes involuntarily) when I bend my foot and exert pressure when my leg is slightly bent thought not feeling pain (I.e if I was pushing on the accelerator pressure)
