What Could Be The Small Bump Near To My Eye?

I have a small bump on the outsdide of my eye. It gets bigger at times. It feels quite hard and it is a little smaller than a pea size. It looks to be a dark pink, almost skin color. I have had it for months, but as mentioned earlier, it does get bigger at times. Sometimes itches.
