What Could Be The Tender Area To The Side Of The Penis Without Infection?

Hi I have a tender area to the left side of my penis right below the head. I believe it is due to trying to enter the vagina before it is wet enough to slide in. I would push in as far as I could then come out and repeat until I was all the way in. I think that is why my penis hurts because when I trying this again where I would try to enter the vagina, is the same place that hurts on my penis. I assume that is where the damage came from. I just have one patner and we are faithful to each other because we sleep in the same bed everynight. I have zero redness, cuts, bumps, or any sign of an infection. I feel like it is a tissue probably beneath the skin. It was sensitive just walking around rubbing against my boxers. So I changed to briefs and it got better. But still has a pain in the area when I examine it and sometimes when I m walking. I stopped having sex when this first happened and it got a little better. So I started back having sex. Then I stopped and started. The pain has not got any worse but I have had a noticeable area of discomfort for at least a month now. I have not had any sexual activity for a week and the discomfort just kinda lingers. Maybe I m shaking my penis to hard after I piss for it to heal completely. I m not sure, I just want to know if I caused myself some kind of permenant damage. Any thoughts??? Also there is zero pain when I m erect. It only has discomfort when a flaccid
