What Could Be The Ulcer Like Scratch In Vagina?

Hi. I had sex last night with no foreplay and quite rough, when I woke this morning I was quite sore but didn't think anything of it. It was still sore before bed so took a look and it looks as though inside my vagina has torn and gone to a sort of ulcer type scratch. Is this just a tear or something worse?
