What Could Cause A Prolonged Feeling Of Period Campy And Bloated?

missed two periods, not pregnant, i have the feeling of being on my period but no blood for the two months continuous feeling of being on period campy, bloated, had ultrasound this past September, was pretty normal but could not see left ovary. I am 45 and have had my hormone levels checked, everything still in normal range. I have been treated for Vaginal infection in the past. I had stillborn full term baby 38 weeks, (boy) they said he passed away from Septic Infection. after baby had 5 artificial insemination and periods seemed to be not right since stillborn and inseminations.
