What Could Cause Anal Pimple?

I have developed some little red pimples that are hard with white tips around my anus and interior buttocks. They do not itch but do get irritated from time to time. I've had them for about 2 weeks--they don't seem to be multiplying. They don't itch. I have been married 35 years, no mutliple sexual partners--any suggestions?
