What Could Cause Bump On Arm Pit?

I have bump on my armpit that has been getting worse in the last week. It is very painful though not large. It feels hard and is not warm or red. I am also experiencing nausea but don't know if it is related or not. My doctor is out of town and I was contemplating urgent care.
