What Could Cause Bumps In Pubic Area?

Hi, I'm a girl - 18 & I think I may have ingrown hairs, cyst or blood clots around my pubic region. I don't have an STD, I was cleared by my doctor last week & this has been an issue since I was maybe 12-13. They are bumps (sometimes big, sometimes little) they only hurt when I press on them. When i burst them puss comes out first, then a lot of blood & sometimes what looks like gel like clots of it. Could you give me an idea of what it could be?
