What Could Cause Delay In Periods ?

Last menses cycle was 34 days. But in may there is no periods and now m 27 days but still no periods but all urine test pelvic ultrasound and internal ultrasound all came negative at 20 day of missed period. But 3rd and 4th day of missed period I saw blood spot with mixed white discharged but 1 or 2 times in a day but no mark on garments its only saw when I wiped. My prolectic level is 40 and gtt test is 124.. 160.. 135.. 140 and 144. Could I still be pregnant?? I took primolut n for 6 days for periods could I still be pregnant?? Lady dr told me to take gonadoboost medicine for 3 months and she said she will prescribed medicine when she saw my reports but after seeing my reports she said she will prescribed medicine when menses will start. Menses should be start in 10 days if its not occurs then we will do another test. Could I be still pregnant
