What Could Cause Dryness And Red Patches On Skin?

On the mid-december 2011 i tasted blood from my mouth i spat it out and turns out to be blood. i went immediately to the health center for a check up. they had examined my sputom and had also X-ray which are both negative. nevertheless the health center gave this tb medicines for me to take even if my results are negative. since i took these meds i suffer sleepless nights and notice red patches on the skin sometimes. my skin are dry also. what do you think should i do now? do i have to go to a pulmunologist for check up or i should stop taking the drugs because my xray and sputom results are negative
