What Could Cause Early Periods?

I suffered from chemical skin burn so adviced to take chimoral fort 3 tablets daily for 5 days with Agithromycine 1 tab daily and allerid 180 1 tab per day I have overian cyst and i got my period this month on 14th day does this happen due to the reactions of these medicines? please help
