What Could Cause Eruption Of Red Bumps On Skin?

I keep waking up to a new red bump with a white center almost every morning. It doesnt itch and it feels kind of like a bruise when i touch it. Im pretty sure it's not bed bugs because I have had that checked out. Do you have any ideas on what it could be?
