What Could Cause Greyish Discharge With Foul Smell?

Hey.I am 21 and I been having this problem for a few months.I been having a greyish like discharge that come with a smell and now it hurts to even have sex now.a few months ago I had sprayed perfume on a second pair of underwear and a week or so I started this discharge. I have been looking up things and I only found one thing that it could be that it is bv. I just moved to where I live now and I don t know where there is a health unit.can you plz tell me what u might think this could be.
