What Could Cause Hissing Sound In Head After Exercising?

I hear hissing ssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ..... sound in my head I have had little exercise yesterday in exercise machine for 5 minutes and after sweating for another 10 minutes this sound started. I had a warm bath, and have gone outside but no relief. its on right upper side of the ear. regards
