What Could Cause Itching Of The Vagina?

Hi, I'm sure you're going to tell me i'll have to go in and get examined, but I can't wait until tomorrow. I just finished an antibiotic and my vaginal canal started itching very badly last night. I woke up today and looked at it, expecting to find a yeast infection, but instead of discharge, I saw a couple of tiny, red bumps. It was very itchy, and now it kind of burns. I am now having discharge that looks like the last time I had a yeast infection, but I see more tiny bumps on the inside of my vagina. I'm very, very worried that I might have herpies.
