What Could Cause Missed Periods, Bloating, Cramps With Yeast Infection And Nausea?

hi doc well i haven t had a menstral cycle for a month and i have really bad bloating and get cramps in the lower area. i also got an yeast infection which i had never had before. i feel nausea every morning and during the day. i get headaches almost everyday. my stomach also feels really hard. (i did find out that i have a fatty liver) and my left overie aches. i was on birth control for about two months to get my periods but made me feel so sick the doc told me to stop and ge some blood work done and to see an obgyn. which i have an appt this friday for.
