What Could Cause Pinkish Vaginal Spotting?

AM I pregnant or is this the mirena messing with me badly.

Okay so November 20th 2011 I had Sex with this guy (a friend) we started off with a condom then we ended up taking it off. I got mirena, have had it in for about 5 1/2 months now. so I wasn't concerned UNTIL December,4th When I spotted but it wasn't normal it wasn't like the other times after I got the mirena. It was very very very very very light it was light light pink just a little drop. Like in plantation. And I have alot of symptoms... ALOT..



some may be alittle TMI and I apoligize....


The next day November,21,2011 i noticed the mirena string was on the other side by my cervix so it went from being on the right side to the left and it was longer.I did feel a pinch when I was having sex with him

December 4th 2011 - I noticed light light pink spotting.I check the string again late that night and it was longer.

1.Cramps..

2.Spotting light brown to light pink less then a teaspoons worth...on and off sometimes skips a day or 3. ..NOT NORMAL FOR ME....

3.eating alot

4.sleeping alot

5.tired all the time

6.some foods make me queasy

7.stomach growing well bloated badly

8.sudden weight gain 153 to 160 in 5 or 4 days
never happen to me before Except when I was prego with the girls.

9.moody for no reason

10.Mirena string is out further then its supposed to be :/
its like 2 cm from the va-jj hole. which i dont think is
normal

11.ankles swell up every now and then for no reason at all

12.Va-jj lips and va-jj hole swollen some comes and goes.
But no burning or itching no infection been checked.

13.breast aching and swollen feel like they are on fire

15.bowel issues- come and go but still not normal for me

16.congestion - glands swollen for no apparent reason

17.pants getting tight

18.area down there bloating/swollen sumthing like that, according to some friends feels hard.

19.eating wierd food combos

20.sweating more then usual

21.nipples seem to be pointy, even thou im not in the cold.

22. The vanilla spray that I used to like and had no problem with the smell. Makes me queasy now when I spray it.

23. Kaos(my dog) is acting the way he did when I was prego with the twins. The dogs seem to follow me around alittle more.

24. my friends 3 1/2 month old acting diffrent around me..

25. Gassy more then usual.

26. More saliva in my mouth then usual.

27. Cervix is off to the the side. feels kinda soft but hard to tell.

28. dizzy spells

29. kinda light headed.
