What Could Cause Small Bumps On Breast?

For quite a few years now I have had small bumps on my breasts. When I lance them, sometimes a firm, yellow pus comes out, but shortly after they refill themselves again. This also seems to cause a lot of irritation and they become infected. I hate the way they look though. How do I get rid of them?
