What Could Cause Swollen,yellow Bumps?

Two weeks ago I was working in the yard, pulling vines and cutting bushes. Scratched up my lower legs, and a couple of the scratches have itched, swollen, and now look red, irritated, yellow bumps, then tonight a rash developed on my left side. Are they related?? Could I have shingles??
